Refund Policy

1. Our Approach

If there is a genuine quality issue with delivered copy, the first response is revision. One revision round is included. If revision does not resolve a genuine quality problem, partial or full refund is considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation Before Brief

Full refund if cancelled before the brief template is completed and returned.

3. Cancellation After Brief, Before Writing

80% refund if cancelled after brief submission but before writing has begun.

4. Cancellation After Writing Has Begun

• Less than 25% complete: 60% refund
• 25–50% complete: 40% refund
• 50–75% complete: 20% refund
• Over 75% complete: no refund (partial delivery provided)

5. Revision Requests

Genuine copy errors corrected free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Style preference changes and scope additions are additional work.

6. No-Refund Circumstances

• Brief was incomplete or materially different from the actual project
• Revision submitted more than 14 days after delivery
• Complaints about style preference rather than copy error
• Performance expectations not specified in the brief

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds via Stripe to original payment method within 5–10 business days. Contact billing@foryou-copywriting.com with your Stripe receipt reference.
