I started ForYou Copywriting after eight years writing for advertising agencies, a B2B software company, and a fashion brand in the Veneto region. What I kept seeing was the same problem in different clothes: businesses with genuinely good offers that their copy did not communicate. Not because the writers were bad. Because the writing was not rooted in what the reader actually needed to hear.

Good copy requires two things: understanding the offer well enough to explain it clearly, and understanding the reader well enough to know what they need explained. Most copy fails at the second. It describes the product from the seller’s perspective, in the seller’s vocabulary, in the order that makes sense to the seller. The reader gets lost or disengaged, and the business blames the traffic.
